Please call for more information and to book an evaluation: 480-770-0752.

How much does physical therapy cost?

Our cash pay rate for a full one-hour evaluation is ONLY $50.

Upon completion of your evalation, the plan of care we develop depends on the severity of your injury, your needs, and your individual goals. We do have flexible options to help for anyone who needs it.

For insurance it will vary depending on your deductible, COINS and Copay. Call our office at (480) 770-0752 to have your benefits verified before beginning your course of treatment.

Do you accept HSA/FSA?

Yes, we accept payments from HSA/FSA accounts.

Alternatively, you can submit your receipt to your HSA/FSA account and be reimbursed what you pay for our physical therapy services.

What does physical therapy include?

Physical therapy services help to clear any kind of pain when it comes from the musculoskeletal system. Treatments can include but are not limited to manual therapy, dry needling, corrective exercise, manipulations, mobilizations, Epley maneuvers, PNF, MET, cupping, scraping, and much more.

Do you guys use aides or techs?

No we do not. Every patient gets 1-on-1 time with the doctor of physical therapy for an hour.

How do I reschedule an appointment?
You can call or text our office number at (480) 770-0752. You can also email us at info@barphysicaltherapy.net.
How many sessions does it usually take to finish PT?

We typically find great results between 5-10 sessions for non-traumatic injuries. HOWEVER, it does depend on the severity of injury.

For example, post-surgical cases can take up to a few months to fully resolve.

Do I need to see my PCP before seeing you?

No, Arizona is a direct access state so you can come see us right away.

The notable exception would be if your case is a Worker's Comp case. If your case involves Worker's Compensation, then you will need a referral from a physician prior to the start of treatment.

Do you accept workers compensation cases?

Yes, all we need to get started is

  • Your employer’s name
  • Your Workers Comp insurance name
  • Name and number of the adjuster
  • Your claim number
  • Your date of injury
  • The affected body part

Learn more about our Worker's Comp services on our Worker's Comp physical therapy page.

Are you real physical therapists?

Yes!

Our physical therapists have gone through 4 years of undergraduate school, 3 years of doctorate school and are all licensed clinicians. All of our physical therapists are required to do 10+ hours of continuing education a year to maintain our standard of care.
