Co-ownerConnor, an Ahwatukee local, earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University. During his undergraduate years, he gained diverse experience as a rehabilitation technician, working with patients across various settings and age groups. At ASU, Connor also served as a personal trainer and research assistant, where he developed exercise programs for adults with Down syndrome. This rewarding work solidified his passion for helping others and inspired him to pursue a career in physical therapy.
Before entering graduate school, Connor worked at Mayo Clinic Hospital, primarily in outpatient care, and provided invaluable support to multiple clinics during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. He even contributed to the inpatient care team during this critical time. His dedication to his patients and goals led him to A.T. Still University, where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Throughout his graduate program, Connor embraced mentorship and continuing education while forming lasting friendships within his professional and local community.
An avid sports enthusiast, Connor has always enjoyed track and field, racquetball, hiking, backpacking, and weightlifting. In his free time, you’ll often find him exploring local collectible stores, visiting national parks, or traveling to new destinations around the globe.

Co-ownerWesley earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. He gained hands-on experience working as a rehabilitation technician in an outpatient PT clinic and interning with a sports clinical exercise physiologist. During this time, he had the opportunity to work with Olympic athletes who swam and ran cross-country. It was also here that Wesley discovered his passion for the iron sports and began lifting at a competitive level. Inspired by his love for helping others and his dedication to fitness, he made the natural decision to pursue a career in physical therapy.
Wesley went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. He was fortunate to learn under exceptional mentors, including those board-certified in orthopedics. Wesley is grateful for the strong relationships he built and the osteopathic principles that shaped his approach to patient care. Eager to expand his knowledge and skill set, Wesley pursued certification in dry needling, further enhancing his ability to serve his patients.
In addition to his professional achievements, Wesley has broken 11 Arizona state records in powerlifting across multiple weight classes. He continues to be a competitive lifter and is currently prepping for an upcoming meet at ATP Arizona! Wesley is also engaged and is set to be married in September of 2025. In his free time, he can be found playing video games, hitting 300+ yard bombs on the golf course, or spending time with his tuxedo cat, Moonshine.
